OUR VALUES
MORE for less
Butterflies revive nature through small pollinating actions. The El Tossal Social Centre works in the same way, mobilising the neighbourhood and rekindling the community.
An ARCHITECTURE for everyone
Elephants represent a unique and universally recognised shape. This is precisely how we resolved the University of Alicante’s quarters in La Nucía. The structural requirements and the conditions of use led to a distinctive solution.

AESTHETIC functionality
We produce a functional architecture that breaks with convention. Design is at the heart of our creations. The Chameleon adapts its skin and configuration to the characteristics of its surroundings, and that is how CEM el Captivador emerged, its contemporary solution mimicking the vernacular architecture of the Marina Baixa region.

Think GLOBAL, act LOCAL
The Rhinoceros has a profound instinct to protect the herd, and this is how the La Casilla Care Home was designed: based on reflections on how architecture could help to improve the quality of life of our seniors.

COWORKING LAB_NUCÍA
A launchpad for businesses in the municipality
Once again, we focused on fulfilling environmental requirements while improving collaboration dynamics, based on spaces that foster social communication as well as reconversions to alternating work activity. This led us to develop the Lab_Nucia project. Its architecture aims at energising its users and emphasizing the building’s rootedness. An inspiring, dynamic and open coworking space that encourages social and collaborative interactions.

MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE
EXTENSION
The emergence of new forms of settlements across extensive rural areas, distanced from city centres due to the migration of former urbanites, has modified neighbourhood relationships. Demands have thus arisen for new, public spaces for social interaction with the aim of bringing local services closer to their residents. Concretely, the intervention focuses on buildings that respond to their environment, moving away from official, crude architecture, and seeking a more friendly political expression, a space designed for social confluence.
