RICARDO’S HOME
2018 RICARDO’SHOMEWe knew Ricardo since we had met at the Colegio Mayor of Valencia, but despite the age difference, he decided to trust us, for which we were very grateful. From the beginning, he made it clear that he wished to have an open kitchen and we all agreed...
ESTEFANIA’S HOME
2018ESTEFANIA’S HOMEWhen Estefanía called us to have a look at the home she wished to buy, we told her that it had a great potential due to its size, but that it was very dark—despite its two large patios that most of the rooms gave onto. The challenge was to produce...

SECONDARY SCHOOL IES RAFAL
The library was conceived as a continuation of the square, with a platform fold that rises from the dividing wall forming a helical spatial envelope with its ascending ramp. The public and participatory activity within the building can be contemplated from the outside, while the symbolic weight is carried by the ascending itinerary towards knowledge.
Social Community Centre El Tossal – La Nucía (Alicante)
Urban geography treatises describe how traditional forms of settlement in big cities are being replaced by new projects that modify the neighbourhood relationships of the counterurbanites. The latter are former city-dwellers who have abandoned the centres of large cities and who are migrating to rural areas for a variety of reasons.
Youth Centre, Novelda (Alicante)
The Casal de la Juventud youth was the result of a public survey of the Participatory Budgets of Novelda. The survey reflected demands for a physical place addressed to certain age groups in order to carry out cultural and leisure activities in a targeted or controlled manner.
Municipal Administrative Extension – La Nucía (Alicante)
Social movements emerged, demanding a democratic renewal and former urbanites migrated to rural areas far from city centres. Faced with this situation, the city council decided to propose buildings that would bring public services closer to these new residents, generating a new public space for its citizens.
